Employment in South Lake Union spiked from 24,550 workers to 35,900 from 2009-14, while the population rose from 4,180 to 5,341 people.Until transit concerns are solved for delivering a 30,000, I'm sorry 30k + the new 3-4k coming online so lets just say, 35k people every day to one of the most remote (transit-ly speaking) to their office people are going to want to live closer.
