You make your money when you buy, but don't over analyze and pass up deals as Central Florida is still a high growth area and you should be able to reasonably count on appreciation.There are deals to be had if you are active and ready to pull the trigger, get your financing in order and look at whats on the market daily, price reductions are happening alot and days on market are continue to go up.. both telling signs of motivated sellers.Happy to help more since we are both in Clermont.

People do question it when you go in with the clause and then request credits or a reduction in price, but there is no way you would know what's wrong with the property 100% before the inspection and due diligence period. if they ask you: why are you now removing your inspection contingency : say that you just want to make sure the foundation, framing, and roof are ok and do not require a full re-do.
