@Jamarco Thomas, The good thing about the ESOP is the distribution is qualified for NUA Treatment ( capital gain treatment) compared to distribution from other Qualified plan such as 401k that is taxed at ordinary rate. 

Again I thank you for your feedback but anyways... the solution for wanting management fees to be lower is to either 1) question and find out what services and quality you're getting that will justify them or 2) try to find another PM that already has the price point set at what you're looking for.

It is a difficult question, and I agree there is no trick or simple solution to get students renewing.

We have been using Evolve for 1.5 years and they were a good solution for getting ramped up quickly.
