Should I rollover my ESOP now or later?

I was fired from my job in March of this year and I'm not sure to do with my ESOP account from that job. I recently logged on to check on the ESOP account and see that it's growing. I recently started working for a new company last week and I'm wondering if I should rollover my ESOP into my new 401k or should I leave it to allow it to grow. If I should leave it how long do I have before they cash the ESOP and I get hit with a big tax penalty.
