Then offer him a deal for $1500yr to keep it green instead a tractor storage facility.

Hello BiggerPockets Community,I'm a newbie landlord I've decided to offer my property as a medium-term rental (typically 1 to 6 months).

It's in a part of town that is being revamped from former industrial to nice stores, shops, restaurants, and businesses and I believe there is even some money offered to help revamp that part of town if you purchase something and help improve the area.  

With 25% down conventional (full income verification) even with 2+ units rates should be healthier..I wouldn’t suggest investing on the rate so much as the quality of property and analysis.

There have been several examples of $1M+ listings that are still receiving multiple offers, and many for all cash. 

I do realize there are exceptions and some sub to may offer low down payment but I suspect by the time you limit to sub to and low down, you are likely at 0.1% of offerings. 

Any tips, videos or ideas anyone could suggest to help us make our first move possibly a step towards investing in real estate?
