The history of this nation is full of stories of land grabs, changes and shifts. 

In this case, am I able to use a partnership, LLC or some other kind of structure to raise outside capital while using a VA loan?

I was wondering if anyone has had a bad experience with Brian Jordan, Lonestar Holdings, Hometown Property Solutions, BOSS Realty, 614 Capital Partners or Downing Properties.

I have the capital to put a 20% down payment on a nice home, but I'd rather leave as much money available as possible to see where the RE market goes and invest those dollars in other REI opportunities as I build my network and set strong, well-informed target parameters for investment properties. 

Living in Austin, Texas at the moment, its a hot market, but it takes a lot of capital to start to invest in multi-family.

Their reports are an excellent tool to include in your presentations to lenders, private capital investors, partners etc.

But I know this sight will provide more in depth insight and experiences that will be invaluable.Im looking at having $20-$30K very soon as possible capital to get started, but that will be a different post as I just wanted to use this post as an introduction.
