Ok so there is this owner that wants to sell his house to his renter and the renter was going to buy it house was appraised at 440,000 but the owner is selling to his renter for 380,000 now the renter who still wants to buy the house did not qualify for the loan this happens when they were about to close to some mistake from the buyers lender, now the owner wants cash and I'm not sure if there is anything I could possibly do to help ands maybe make some money of this situation since I haven't done any deals in thinking maybe I could find an investor to buy this house cash and then seller finance to this renter I really don't know any advice will be appreciated thanks!!
