Commercial areas (Germantown Ave/Greene St.) seem depressed at the moment, but it's easy to imagine more bustling streets with nicer retail, restaurants and bars. 

The yield on 10-year Mexican government is above 10%!

Divide it into outlots for new restaurants and bars.

It was originally a hotel with a first floor restaurant.  

I personally moved to Little Village to get started in real estate because the prices were low and I could handle the crime and quality of life here (tons of amazing Mexican food helps too).I think Garfield Park is going to be an area that actually sees some decent growth, but the crime rate in the neighborhood is going to slow that down for a while.

There are some great businesses on that corridor (McGavins Bakery, restaurants, etc) and also some XXX type shops that attract a different type of consumer. 

Then small businesses like restaurants. 

I mostly see this if the property has decent parking and is near restaurants or residences, where people can walk to work.  

I know many renters are looking for the same general information that home buyers are looking for, like room measurements, floor plpans, area calculations, neighborhood information (like schools, grocery, restaurants, and transit info), 3d Virtual Tours, and obviously high quality photos.So why aren't RPOs looking for easy to use marketing tools that can be recycled for each turnover?

Basically Kentwood and there are a lot of shops and restaurants near by.
