Chris, so I spoke with just 1 bank ( I know) will some banks look at that rent as income before the one year mark, and if it's cashflow is positive, it won't be considered a debt?

@Rohit Sahney  I think you will be asking for trouble if you try and keep the entire security deposit for the marks shown in the photos. 

UNLESS they are marking the houses up so outrageously that they are putting 10k a home a side to handle the things that come up in 2 long years of having a section 8 tenant..
