There is cable tv in every room, washer/dryer, wifi, and a full kitchen. 

I'm located in SF Bay Area, and have found a major fixer for a multifamily (the pictures reveal a need for new kitchens, for whoever was there,  took everything that makes a kitchen a kitchen) The price for this property is a little less than $100000 which is unheard of here.

Needs a new kitchen, bathroom, some paint, and there is water damage.

The screen door was broken and they did not clean the kitchen, carpets, etc. when they left.

He did three bathrooms, flooring, and a kitchen back-splash for me over the years.

The work: We hire out a lot of the major work but still do some work ourselves, including demo and kitchens so we got started on that right away.

You could redo a kitchen for 10k or 50k.

The age of bathrooms and kitchens are also a consideration.

We started with foundation, got the roof done, removed flooring and trim, removed drywall where needed, and gutted both bathrooms and kitchen.
