Side-bar: The concept of the LLC was formed so that investors could pool money together similar to stock holders of a corporation and create and entity that survives any single member, so that the business doesn't have to dissolve if one of the partners wants to sell or dies.

This provided the resolve to learn to survive and thrive in some of Toledo's most challenging zip codes...areas I still own in and where I continue to buy properties.By 2010 I was back to work but kept investing.In 2017 I quit a full-time bonus filled day job position and focused completely on my real estate career (began property managing as a branch office of Stonehenge) (I'd like to comment that I also reflected I should have quit two years before I did but that's really just a reflection after I didn't go broke in 2017!)
