I use the basement with a separate bathroom as office/storage space. 

.$8k note we ended up selling for $3,500 as no one wanted it, and add a year of taxes, lawn, servicing, insurance, doc scrub/storage, etc, it was a cheap lesson we will always remember. 

I talked to several contractors and the options i found are; do a dig-out, lift the whole house, or ignore the basement and sell it as storage.

As I am typing this, they are inside of an oil storage tank sandblasting it. 

I have been looking for one that will also work well with storage units but think any one of these could work well for just regular rentals!

They told me not great but you have the storage at that depth.  

I have 60 residential units and 13 storage units, so the time to manage isn't worth it to me. 

You don't want to start a relationship to learn about storage units and then find out they only invest in single-family homes.3.

A retail deal is not the same as an office deal which is not the same as a self storage deal.  

There was one well for 35 sites, 2-3 locations only to drill new wells, and a significant amount of money needed spent on putting up a building to house storage tanks so that the park would have water and pressure. compounding the problem was the well drilling company telling me that they'd drilled 2-3 wells years ago that came up empty.
