The seller is selling 3 rental units in a package deal with 2 being currently occupied.

One deal I’m working on is an acquisition loan of 3 condo units in a package deal so it will be short term.

He hadn't thought of that so now he's putting together a package and scheduled to attend a number of events around town and networking to see if he can find a partner.
