This is a great question, but it is pretty much apples and oranges.

The Snow Pusher on the right which you don't lift the snow, can move about 3 times as much as the Snow Bucket since it is wider, taller and you can push snow in front of it also. 

@Stefan Shirley you need to learn about the various insurance options so you can scrutinize the quotes and policies you are getting from different sources and bring them to an apple-to-apple comparison.

Slow it down, plan upfront, have the right people on your team (they should know more and have more experience than you...or they're adding weight to the load - not helping lift it), and have the financing/money arranged. 

I'm also concerned about the foreclosures coming up in the 3rd to 4th quarters when the restrictions are lifted.

Apples to Oranges but we have some well performing STR's here in FL in blue collar neighborhoods.2 - Are you willing to do the work?

If I have to lift a finger then it has to be at least double that like 14%.  

I agree with @Theresa Harris that we are comparing apples and oranges.
