Flipping and buy & hold in Wilmington, NC?

Hello! I’m currently living in Asheville North Carolina and flipping here. It has been great but the market is getting tighter and tighter. I’ve also got several rentals.My family and I are looking to relocate to the Wilmington area as my wife misses the beach. I’ve also got my real estate license here so staying in NC feels ideal.  Hoping to gain some insights into the market there from those in the business . How hard is it to find deals? How long do properties tend to stay on the market? Thanks for your time!
