Is it customary that they have their process displayed online or in a pricing guide so I can shop around?

Hi everyone, I am interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the Platform Pacaso, I have noticed that it can inflate housing prices in some areas due to them being less concerned about paying a low price upfront and more focused on the overall profit they can generate through fractional sales and ongoing services. 

The only downsides I’ll gripe about is the time it takesto get used to the move in process of adding a tenant (if you already have people) and that I don’t find it mobile phone friendly for doing a lot of work however short quick hit issues are great on the phone.  

Any opinions on this plan would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know if we are still required to give a 30 day notice and continue to lose out on rent that is being paid on time?

Zoned 401-commercial. .353 acre lot7 0f 8 units updates in past 7 years. unit 8 in good condition long term(13 year tenant). all 1 bed/1bath. fully occupied. 4 units on 1st floor, 4 units on 2nd. just had the parking lot repaved spring 24', good drainage.

I haven't done any cost segs on any of my SFH rentals.  

Is there any online services/tools where I can do the above DIY?
