Then buy David Greene’s book on BRRRR investing and start there.

I was wondering if anyone on the page has experience with using this loan product for a new-build multi family (2-4).

Typically this means they will take longer to close, may not have all the information of the companies they work with, and most hard money brokers get their money by taking an existing product and adding extra points to pay their fee.

I would really like to roll all the 1st 3 into one product and have that plus OneNote for process.
