Is it easy to wholesale these type of properties?

Have done a couple wholesales and buy and holds, but discovered the lure of commercial and that's where I'm headed.  100+ units is the target in FL, GA, TX and KS.

A lot of people get started trying to wholesale properties, as it involves locking up properties for a relatively small amount of money. 

seems like you are acting as a broker rather than a wholesaler which is illegal without a real estate license in most states I believe.I would do some research here before rushing into a situation that can cause you some issues.
