Be advised that establishing an institutional account for your LLC can take considerably longer than an individual account - Coinbase is running about 4-6 weeks for onboarding institutional accounts currently, as an example.The LLC may choose exchange provided storage, 3rd party cloud/desktop wallets, or hardware wallets. 

The appraisal is coming in this week. 

How about a week?

My understanding is that the eviction process takes about 4 to 6 weeks once its filed and I'll be getting the leads the same week they're filed. 

Four hour work week all the way (although, atmittedly, I haven't read the book yet ... it's on my list).
