Just watched his webinar and this makes sense with foreclosures.

We used to try and come up with every clever idea and they always had a reason to fall short and not make it happen which only frustrated us even more.A very experienced owner finally I guess had enough watching me fail that this and explained it to me very simply.

My equities and bonds are as exciting as watching paint dry.

The video i watched he was at a talk show and he explained that his office turns over employees alot, cause if they (i dont recall his exact words) but in essence if they have negative energy and brings down the vibe of the office- he cans them and brings in more. 

Because I can find deals for my client and myself that can turn a 400k profit in 6-8 monthsI have one now I am watching

I am looking to start flipping a few houses in Davis/Weber County area, and a bit ahead of actually getting started, but I am curious about suggestions for the following:Realtor who is an investor also and knows HUDs well,Good general contractor,Title Company,Good hard money leads,Suggestions on insurance needs,Wholesalers,Any other suggestions I have been digging into forums, watching webinars, listening to podcasts and trying to learn as much as possible.

Sorry I am very confused as I did not even see one single real estate marketing postcard which had return address.Even this lady talks about keeping return mail safe .... but has no return address (1:13 in her video)https://www.youtube.com/watch?

For me I would rather be a little more active and generate higher returns but it definitively comes with more required understanding, more learning and more things to watch out for.
