I understand that not everyone has the means to buy a home and have huge amounts of negative cash flow every month.

But I understand not everyone will be able to do that and will need to find a GC to build it out for them and pay them their general conditions, contingencies, and markups.

Never did anything to the back wall, likely does not understand that the wall will fall off, but not my concern now.  

Would love to understand any learnings you could offer about finding a reliable cleaning/maintenance crew!

The other spectrum is when the investor plays attorney and did not run it by an attorney and realizes they did not understand the legal process and are like “wait, I bought this thinking I could do X but I cannot because of Y”, - and a common response is “your attorney did not advise you of this in due diligence” and the response is we did not use an attorney.

The Real Estate Investment world is vast to say the least, and I understand it can be troubling ot figure out where to start.
