Read the single-family residential 1-4 contract from start to finish at least 1 time.

I've been reading as much as possible about REI and decided I wanted to go with a long term rental strategy in an effort to leave my job as a police officer in six years. 

If you're having a hard time, read the book with the same title by famous Gary Keller. 

Do you have any good reading material you have read to help with this? 

I figured it would be a good idea to learn from them rather than just reading books.

Not sure if you've ever found what you were looking for or not but one thing i'd like to note for you & any other investors who may be reading this is yes, a strong PM team & Agent are very important but nobody is magic.

I've been reading posts and listening to the podcast for a while now so im expecting some well wishes and folks willing to steer me in the right direction.
