@Lane Kawaoka even with turnkeys I'd still recommend a minimum of 10-30 mins per month per property to verify your returns are doing what they should. and if there are issues, it will take more.in my opinion no matter what real estate path you take, you have to mind your own business or someone else will and it won't be as good as you.

You need to discover what the seller wants, and that means having a conversation.I find flow charting is a good way to figure out your path... if you are cold calling you might want to open with:"Hi, Is this <<insert owners name here>>?"

@Steve Osowicz What path you take will be determined by a few factors including how much capital you are willing to deploy, for how long, how much active involvement you want on this property and what financing is available to you for each option (among other things).

Get wifi.Either find a central location or next to an attraction- lake, hiking path, bike path, etc.You know how people have RV parks.
