Yes there are public companies that have charges brought against them but it is no where near the number of real estate syndicators and scam artists and most of the real estate scams never get prosecuted because they are so small.

They are renting month to month, and I talk about eviction because I know they will not move out peacefully, since they simply won’t be able to find a place that will accept a giant dog/aggressive breed.Is it in your lease that you can charge them if they don't clean up after their dog?

if its the one that cost 10k and you have to split the first 500k in profit.then i think you have your answer.I fund flippers at 100% that I have worked with for years and I dont charge 10k and I dont take profit I just make my fee.. this guy is selling the dreams of making 250k and thats what they count on you hone in on that but you know how hard that is ??
