New investor in the Northern Ontario Region

Hey everyone! been a bigger pockets viewer for just over a year now with past investments in flipping single family dwellings. I have now started a corporation and currently trying to pivot into long term buy and hold as well as BRRRR properties. located in northern Ontario. let me know if there are any other Ontario investors on here i would love to gather any and all knowledge that i can.
