I'd suggest that you drop by a police department and ask them, especially if they have a community officer.

The only homes that I see making a good profit are the multi-million dollar homes.ChampionsGate - Of the three vacation home communities, I think this is your best chance of making a profit.

It’s an alternative, and not necessarily a good one, to capital call or foreclosure.I think that as a community we need to hold all syndicators accountable to outcomes for investors, yes, but also we need to be practical about what the right thing to do is.A few syndications have handed the keys back, for nearly total wipeouts.

Hi BP Community,I have been looking into Pre-fab homes for rental/condo properties and was curious if anyone has had success with Pre-fab homes before.

Having reviewed what's previously been discussed on this forum regarding whether people list what their actual cleaning cost is vs. a reduced (or in some cases inflated) price, can anyone share if there is a tax liability with this I'm unaware of?
