I am thinking about relocating from Columbus ohio.

I have accepted a new W2 job relocating my family to Florida this summer.

I’m investigating this line of lending at the moment having just relocated from Australia - my wife and I appear to be within the ballpark of income, so I’ve been scouring BP forums for all the super intel. 

I relocated my tenants at a hotel and seems to be $400/day.

Twice they have hired highly skilled staff members from the east coast and relocated them.

Rarely can a qualified tenant rent today as they usually have to give notice to their current landlord or are relocating and not waiting until the last minute. 

When i went into the market I brought MY OWN GC from Vegas and relocated him there. 

I'm possibly relocating to South Carolina.

@Andrew McElroy we know the northern NJ market well as we lived in Tenafly, NJ before relocating to Florida over 20 years ago.

If over 10 units, where one tree can knock out an entire roof and displace multiple families, a fire can result in lawsuits or large temporary housing relocation(s), etc., I'm coming up with most possible worst case scenarios and pricing it out so it's repaired or remedied within a week.
