They would red tag you & probably double  (maybe triple) your fees.  

Obviously, one red flag, but if everything else checks out, it seems like it might be ok.

Actually, @Byron Bohlsen, I suspect that method wouldn't have worked at all for me, at least this time around... every one of the viewers (at least, the ones I was interested in) told me they had other houses to look at before they chose... although, perhaps that was a sign that they didn't like my house that much in the first place, though several indicated that they liked it alot...

This year I am in the middle of refinancing my personal home and lender is requesting a copy of the note which the seller had given me at closing but the note did not state the address so now the lender wants a copy of the note that was recorded with the recorders office and the seller has not responded to me. 

My job is making it so difficult for me at the time to make more then 1 every 2 weeks.

If I go to Google Maps and look at the street view, I see a handwritten sign on the house in large red letters that appears to be some kind of warning.
