In my opinion, the most important thing to consider in metal roofing systems is exposed fastener vs. hidden.exposed fastener- Metal is actually screwed down to the roof deck through the face of the metal.

In the end, there's no use preemptively investing in systems, multiples of tools, employees, workers comp and all the overhead to take your business to people who will low-ball you or haggle or just want a guy who has a license who picked up a day laborer/helper to get it done quickly and satisfactorily.

Sure, some people make a killing off of low-end rentals but it is extremely time intensive and you would need to have your systems/processes firmly in place.
