Well, I'm watching the stock markets fall, interest rates go up, fears of inflation, and crypto crashing (not sure if that's related) and it all points to perhaps a slow down coming which excites me. 

I’ve reached out to folks here in town with REI experience so I can pick their brains and will be having a one-on-one next week.A buddy of mine, who owns his own business, gave me some advice recently and he said “get comfortable being uncomfortable”… with that I’ve been reaching outside my comfort zone to strangers and anyone else who I think I can learn something from.My biggest fears around REI are: conducting a good analysis and having crappy tenants.Anyone in the Victoria, TX area that would be willing to meet up and let me pick their brain over a cup of coffee?!

My wife and I purchased our first home last year and that process(renovations included) got rid of the fear of real estate.

The fear being that the owner says this is all we collected and tenants come after us saying here is my original lease I want my deposit back.

If you find a good deal you shouldn't let the fear of a natural distatser keep you from doing so!

Main point: Ensure you have an agreement in place as business can ruin relationships and don't make any decision based on fear because scared money doesn't make money...

This is risky and I fear I'm getting in over my head. 

The stress was too much that many sold out of fear or out of means.  

Fill in the areas that day to day is hard to maintain as the business grows:   Accounting, customer service, social media.....really any task that could be successfully managed with a VA....open to suggestions since I think I am limiting my options out of fear that the task will be performed to the level I expect.Again, any advice is extremely appreciated, also looking for recommendations for the best sources to find quality VA's.

Fear is debilitating, it's sounds like you're stuck in "how's this gonna work mode" so you're overcomplicating it.
