Northern VA member-New to PRO! Road to my First Rental

Whats up BP, 

Regretfully I've been dormant on here for a few years. 2018 is the year I take action and get my first rental property on the books. My wife and I purchased our first home last year and that process(renovations included) got rid of the fear of real estate. Im now a PRO member after tonights webinar and will start analyzing deals tomorrow! Anybody else in the DC Metro Area? Looking to connect and soak up as much info as i can, never know who could end up being your next partner!
