On the lease, the addendum for pets said 1. the pet "deposit" is an increase to the security deposit withheld by landlord and then 2. it is a one time non refundable charge.The property is located in Dallas, TX

One pet peeve I have, I often see people tout note investing as an alternative to savings which is close to zero return (a fair claim), and the (poor performing, volatile, unpredictable, insert other term) stock market.  

I can see where pet deposits will be going up now.

My biggest pet peeve has always been when things are done in an inefficient way.

Recent construction, simple design, and pet friendly materials as well contractor grade finishes.

I'm in the 5% club with 67 reviews at 4.99 and still buried many pages back until you filter for pets, then I pop up midway down page 1.

In my opinion, anyone that would abandon their pet is a worthless waste of skin!
