Originally I wanted to become an Olympic Hurdler then Astronautical Engineer but before all that college i was going to go into the Airforce.

Through that struggle I stayed focused, worked hard, and remained disciplined earning a division 1 scholarship and having my college education paid for.

Permits are very difficult to obtain (we build homes in Chicago, so that may be a non-issue for us considering what we have to deal with here LOL :)4.

I'm a 22 year old college athlete, located in the Charlotte, Metro area and have been attending as many REIA's as possible and have met so many outstanding professionals.

UCity could be a good play if you want to rent to college age folk. 

You can qualify with very short work history or use schooling so if you were in hs or college and even if you didnt finish yet that school time can still  ount, Message me to sed some FHA options, also look into syndication, or commercial loans, or seller financing the sky is the limit

Also make sure you understand local permitting and renovation law.  

Also, do not be scared of neighbors, as long as you have your permits and everything in order you will be fine.
