We cant tell people how to "live" necessarily though right? 

- Motion trigger activation, and I’d prefer if it would record longer than 30 seconds when triggered - The ability to download and store videos - Real time notification on my phone when camera is triggered - similar to my Ring doorbell I use at my home- Cameras record both video and AUDIO- My ability to talk to people through the cameras would be a bonus - Night vision for outside cameras a bonus- Ability to remotely swivel horizontally - and vertically?

Happy to pay for this great sheet if I can get a sense of what it includes above/beyond the other version.

@Rakesh Battula, before even looking at the true financials like Nikolas quickly did, there are some things that don't make sense:1: If it is 100% occupied, why are you assuming anything about free rents with estimates.  

Carpet in general can turn off some people, but is it worth replacing? 

Base things like heat on the relative sizes of the units and water on the number of people living there.
