I currently own in Las Vegas, NV and Long Beach, CA also, so I've been a member of the long distance rental club, though I actually lived in each long distance property before I rented them out--an advantage.

Hello,So I bought a four-plex back in October (in Downtown Long Beach, CA), all units were rented by long term tenants (4+ years).

Both my parents and my wife's manage several of their own rentals (in Columbus, OH and Long Beach, CA, respectively), so we are not coming into this totally blind.

I absolutely loved heading to the broadwalk and chowing on some pizza and beer while staring at the ocean (which is easier to see there than here in CA because our beaches are super wide).
