Many agents can refer you to a lender themselves, so should I get an agent first and use one of their referrals?

Especially the ones under 100k ?

Hi,I went over all the fight necessary and the expenses to be able to close. 1 day before closing, when doing the last check, my agent ( who is the seller agent ) mentions that one unit is not vacant as requested in the contract.

At least for now, I am trying to have him sell at least one of his land, also worth more than a million.

I’d honestly rather just look at buying one off condos at this point, probably not gonna cash flow either but at least you take some risk off the table and can get into more stable areas with less construction (mainly NW)
