A series LLC is a little bit more expensive as the operating agreement is a little bit more complex, but once set up, you can manage everything yourself if you understand how they work.Also as they are relatively new, not every lawyer is versed in their best use and it is worth spending a little bit more in an experience attorney to make sure that the operating agreements have strong protection language.
