How to get a copy of my 2 unit building

I’m trying to sale my “2 unit building” but the buyer is asking for the zoning document and I can’t find it, I don’t remember ever seeing it. I looked up the address and it says single family but I don’t think is an official site. Do you know how I can get a copy of the zoning document. I’m in Chicago.
