Plus, in both cases I was coming to the end of my rehab/make ready and didn't have enough free time left to do them myself so it was nice just being able to call a guy I was already familiar with and let him take care of the measuring, ordering, and install.

I personally wouldn't buy a lot unless I know I can unload it fast and it has characteristics that would make it move fast (great view,cul-de-sac,nice big lot,etc.)
