I believe its in a really good area to vacation since I visit here for fun.

It definatly is a good investment plan but you must have the right mind set and a very high level of motivation.

All permits for these properties MUST be pulled by licensed contractors.  

What most, in my opinion, fail to realize is that as a property owner, you are providing a service to a customer, and as such, must be in a customer service oriented mindset.

You are selling investment real estate and must take title to investment real estate. 

A perfect Saturday for us is throwing the bikes on the back of the car and driving up to NLR for a day on the Arkansas River Trail with a stop off to Burns Park.You must be thrilled to be approaching the finish line on your first 2 deals.

However, for those who plan to utilize the systems and tools mixed in with face to face relationships, the model is truly golden.  2400 agents to 8000 agents in less than 14 months, the numbers certainly don't seem to paint a picture of a company destined to tank at the first burp in the market.

The process starts with the sale of your old property and you must use the services of a qualified intermediary. 

Another thing i have learned I would always question something that had not been picked up by an investor and there must have been something really wrong but in reality most investors only have limited amount of money and time.
