As the saying goes "Never let a good crisis go to waste" and we are going to see a lot of that coming up in the near future.

I certainly don't want to discourage you but I also don't want to see anyone waste their money (especially in a time like this).

But unless you want to waste money you don't have I'd get out of any p/i loan and you avoid such catastrophes such as this.

@Gerald Barron  For the next month, I'd put it in a savings account earning minimal interest. 

I think I need to go back to the seller and ask for more help here, and I want to minimize cost till I have more certainty.

Will be very difficult and likely a waste of time to try to negotiate a IRS lien that has an equitable position. 

You could have answered any of the questions I've asked on here in half the words you just wasted your time writing, including some the necessary caveats.So if there is a "block" button on this website, you should use if for my posts. 

However, I would not waste too much time or energy on it.

Spend some time looking for minimal risk investments in excess of 10% ROI to start.
