You need to invest time and energy in broker relationships, and when you do buy and "hand" off o the management company, you still have to manage the manager.you need to ask yourself, do you want to create a business and leave your current work situation or do you want to create some type of passive stream of revenue.

They are SLIGHTLY more expensive than stick homes, from what I hear.... but in the long run, these houses are FAR more energy efficient, mold / flood proof, sound proof, termite proof, rot proof, etc.
