I don't do anything with list generating. but once you have located a potential property you might want to acquire, that's when my platform can help.

I do think something like this is going to be more attractive to a specific audience,  so I'd do the work to analyze that piece of it - and consider other amenities at a similar investment level that might have broader appeal in that pro/con list.

try facebook marketplace, apartments.comreview all the places your agent is putting them in as they may not be as in a rush as you are to list it. i like being in control so i post on those platforms and find my tenants. hope this helps

Mike, each lender has their different overlays, but if you’re looking to get a hard money and or Bridge loan to begin the BRRRR  strategy, here’s a list of the most common documents lenders may ask for:- experience / track record- personal financial statement- scope of work / budget- LLC entity docs- maybe bank statements (lender dependent)everyone is different and each loan is a snowflake.

Some of the things you can use are things you already said, past practices, did you list them for rent?
