We have some halls that have heaters on the common meter, H2 heaters for washers, or gas for common area dryers, or extra lighting.  

As a wholesaler using 65% of the ARV - the light repairs - my wholesale fee.

Hello BP,I just got word from my tenant that her gas/light bill was $500 this month!  

Possibly a smaller rectangle window that allows for both light and privacy.

It was so fun, and now I have lots of excess energy to put towards real estate!! 

I am personally not a fan of spending countless hours and all of your energy searching for a way to fund a deal without using your own capital, it so often ends up not working out.

On the light days mostly vacations I will just log onto BP and read a post or two.
