Ex. 4-bedroom houses sell for $15,000 more than 3 bedrooms, therefore a bedroom is worth $15,000.You compare a house with nicer finishes to one with lesser finishes by figuring out how much it would cost to bring up the less house to the nicer level.

And I don't understand why a landlord would have their tenant pay that much just for their credit score as couldn't the tenant just go to Credit Karma or directly to Experian and get their credit score for free or a $1 and then forward that to the landlord?

I was referring to the OP saying it wasn't about the fee when it was about the feeI am usually way too competitive to buy someone else's deal but it is a score for the wholesaler to pull off a 100% fee
