So I was watching some flipping shows and I saw the new Flip and Flop Vegas franchise used some cool CG to show how they were going to breakdown and build back up a certain room. and it hit me....why can't someone create an augmented reality App that uses the phone/tablet camera to do a real life snapshot or live feed to your phone screen, where you can change wall colors, add/remove furniture, appliances, and cabinetry.

I had one day per month in mind when typing this and don't know how to edit on the mobile app.

Better to get local referrals from your neighbors, e.g. use the Nextdoor app, not BiggerPockets.  

I will upload a picture when I'm able as I can't get it to load on the app.

I maintain the spreadsheet in SmartSheet so I can track it on my iPhone as well as on my PC.
