Is it fair to say that if I approach an architect with ideas for the floor plan and layout (sketched diagram), the price for publishing plans would be cheaper? 

Layout Debts, assets etc everything and figure out what path you want to go.

Everyone else brought up the design flaws and UI layout. 

Anybody know is there a more simple step by step lay out on how to proceed.

The UI is very intuitive too and it has a mobile ios app which i use all the time.They charge a monthly flat fee, they don't take % commissions.

We'll ofcourse use the same color layout for all other units and ensure it is a sheen which is easy to maintain and clean.

I really like the overall layout of your site.

I'm pretty proud of our branding/website, but I spent much more time thinking about the content and layout than the logo.  

Definitely agree that the layout and proximity of surrounding amenities are key to making a decision on what to replace the tennis court with.

The umbrella policy is what will really save you, these fancy corporate layouts will bankrupt you in legal fees long before a judge most likely pierces the corporate veil anyways, with an umbrella policy your insurance pays the legal fees.
