I'm new to bigger pockets and rolling out a video shortly to explain.In short, we drive traffic online in my internet marketing business and in my opinion the tools lead flow gives you are not to drive traffic, but to manage the traffic you drive.I'm just digging into realflow because it does seem to have potential if used properly mixed with other online marketing strategies. 

Been working with Internet advertising for close to 20 years now, and with search and related ads since they've existed.

Are there  better internet advertising media than Craigslist for rentals?

Otherwise I will just do an internet search a select a good candidate.

We have done some internet searches but not been able to reach someone in the HOA to respond.
