As long as you stay 100% business-purpose (i.e. no live-in flips or anything sniffing of owner-occupancy), the NMLS/regulations do not apply in most states and you will likely be good on the regulatory piece (as always, there are exceptions and you should always consult with a pro/research)

By the way i have database of palm beach broward, new jersey and miami dade of warehouse, industrial land, office and retail info from costar.

I understand there are steps like subbing the taxes every time new tax bills are generated and sending the notices in a specific format as well but the county can help with.

I’m mainly asking to learn the industry standard so that I am more prepared for my next deal.
