There are plenty of Escrow people who have no clue how to do their job (as with any industry) and get crazy escrow fees on each escrow, but the cream rises to the top and finding the RIGHT EO for the job is often more important than their fee!

If it becomes a "must rent now" situation, you might consider selling (I hear the market is good there at least according to all the Realtors sending me flyers trying to get me to sell my property there) so it might be a good time to cash out and get back to a comfortable spot.
